What is Fat?

Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen AKA fat
I just watched the best video that explains weight loss in a way that I'd never heard before. I'd never really thought about where the fat actually goes when you lose weight, like where dose the weight you've lost actually go? I while ago I read or heard somewhere that once you have a fat cell you have it for life and that it will never go away, it just may increase in size or decrease in size. What I'd heard was that lipo-suction was the only way to actually remove fat cells. I never thought that was correct but I didn't know any different.
What the guy in the video says actually makes more sense, the fat does actually go away and leave your body and he explains how. It surprised me but it actually makes perfect sense if you think about it. It also makes sense how cardio will help you lose weight more than weight lifting.
I'm still going to lift weights but I'm really going to try and start walking more again and pushing myself harder when I do walk, maybe I'll even do some more jogging or something as it all makes more sense to me now.

if you didn't watch the video then you really should
