I'm down the coast visiting the in-laws at the moment so I don't have all the stats for this past week. Next week I should be back home so I'll weigh myself then and do a double post (except for weight) so I can update the graph I've been using recently.
I have been making no effort to exercise and I haven't been caring about what I eat. I do think that I am eating less junk that I did before due to me trying to be good for a while. I think that I don't have as much of a sweet tooth as I used to.
I'm going to try to make an effort to exercise starting in the new year and try to cut back on the junk. I want to be feeling healthy and well rested when I go back to work, the last thing I want is to be feeling tired and grumpy after having two weeks off.
So far these holidays I've probably spent too much time on the computer playing Fortnite with my son during the day and then at night I try and at least level up once in the game just by playing solo. I also spend a bit of time drafting posts up for occasions like tonight where I'm not at home and I don't really want to spend time trying to type things up on my phone. The point of being away with the family is to relax with them and I can't do that if I've got my head in my phone the whole time.
I've started writing my lists of new years resolutions and I'll probably end up posting them on Tuesday. There is a lot that I want to do next year and I really want to get things started on the Motocamp360 front.
