108kg
57,684 steps for the week
3,865 average daily calorie burn
So, as I said earlier in the week, I'm not going to continue with the food diary any longer. It's no longer helping me and it was just becoming a chore to fill in. I want to continue trying to lose weight by keeping to the goals that I have already set myself in terms of steps and calories burned each day.
This week has been another failure in terms of exercise like I said earlier in the week, I do think it is related to how I've been feeling at work and it has started to get to me. I'm hoping by having a bit more of a relaxing weekend that I can start to motivate myself to get walking again next week.
I'm also going to start doing my weights routines again from tomorrow. After a little thinking about the weights I've decided that I'll keep the weight of the dumbbells the same until I can do all 4 sets of 10 reps of the flying lunge. Once I can do that then I'll increase the weight. I don't want to have to keep changing how much weight I put on the dumbbells for different exercises.
I decided to graph my weekly progress of steps, calories and weight. I went back through my weekly posts from when I started recording all three and put together the graph below. I plan to update it each week and include it with the weekly "Weighing In" post.
No surprises that the steps and the calories follow each other, the weight is harder to tell but there is only about 1.5kg variation in my weight over that period of time.
