Monday I forgot to wear my fitbit but it would have been some where around 8,000 steps, which would still make it one of my worst weeks to date steps wise. I have a feeling that I'm going to put on some weight over the next few weeks. Unless I make an effort to get moving, I'm not going to get many steps in each day. I should try and spend time using the weights bench in the garage every few days if I can. Being at home all the time and eating too much food is probably what my holidays will mostly consist of.
On the plus side, the vertigo has nearly completely gone away, I still feel it a little bit but no where near as much as I was a few weeks ago. It will be interesting to see if the vertigo comes back as I start to put more effort into exercising again. Wouldn't it be weird if that was the cause of it.
My back has been a little sore recently, I am thinking that I should go to a chiropractor and get them to crack my back or something. It's my upper back and it just feels like a couple of my vertebrae are rubbing or something, it's just not comfortable. I have private health insurance that will help pay for some of it so I really have no excuse not to go and see one. Maybe I'll do it some time early in the new year if I can find somewhere that is open before I head back to work.
