I didn't get as much exercise in as I wanted this week. I did use the weights one night but that was it. I'll hopefully use the weights tonight and if the weather is nicer next week I'll try and go for a walk after work at least once.
Some of the problem is that I've really been enjoying playing Fortnite with my son and the only time we can really play is before dinner, so I've been playing computer games instead of exercising. I guess it's good to be spending time with my son, even if it is online, but I really should be doing some more exercise.
In a few days I'll be on holidays and that includes not worrying about exercising. I'm on call for the first week so I won't be drinking much if at all but after that I'll probably have a few and really try and unwind and de-stress myself.
I think we're planning on heading down to see the in-laws shortly after Christmas so I may miss a weigh in as I'm not going to ask if they have scales so I can use them. You'll just have to wait and see how much all the Christmas food packs on me when I get back.
I never ended up sorting out some healthy snacks to have at work, so that's something that I'm going to have to figure out for when I go back next year.
