Weighing In

I went back through all the stats on the Fitbit App again and saw that all those weeks that I didn't lose much or any weight, I was lucky to have 3 days where I got over 10K steps. The weeks where I have at least 5 days with 10K steps is when I lost the most weight. This week is my biggest week steps wise and my best week ever for calories burnt and the results just aren't there. Sure the weekend didn't help and hotdogs and pizza during the week probably isn't the best. As I said in an earlier post, I probably need to concentrate more on the health and fitness side and less on the actual weight loss. I was pretty bummed when I first got off the scale and it took me half the day before I started to just feel better about just feeling better and if the weight didn't come off, so what, I still had some pretty big achievements this week and that's nothing to be upset about. My fitness is improving, I'm feeling better in general, I'm getting more work done, I look forward to getting out and doing things with my kids, I'm happy.


Saturday
Breakfast - 3 english muffins with butter and a large coffee
Lunch - KFC Zinger burger, 3 zinger chicken wings, small chips and a can of pepsi
Afternoon Tea - choc chip cookie
Dinner - 3 beef tacos with lettuce, corn, sour cream and salsa
Desert - small handful of party mix lollies
Beers - 0

Calories Burnt - 2,905

Sunday
Breakfast - 3 english muffins with butter and a large coffee
Morning tea - choc chip cookie
Lunch - chicken cheese and mayo sandwich. 6 small pieces of cabanossi
Afternoon Tea - M&M McFlurry icecream
Dinner - 2 BBQ lamb wraps with lettuce, onion and BBQ sauce
Beers - 0
Steps - 1,378 ( the fitbit was on charge when I went to the park)

Monday
Breakfast - 3 weetbix and milk
Lunch - Ham, cheese and salad wrap
Dinner - Chicken korma on rice
Desert - small handful of party mix lollies

Tuesday
Breakfast - 3 weetbix and milk
Morning Tea - medium coffee
Lunch - Chicken breast with potato and pasta salad as well as green salad
Dinner - Two hotdogs with tomato sauce and mustard

Wednesday
Breakfast - 3 weetbix and milk
Lunch -Turkey and salad wrap
Dinner - 4 slices of peri peri chicken pizza
Desert -2 choc-chip cookies

Thursday
Breakfast - 3 weetbix and milk
Morning Tea - medium coffee
Lunch - 4 slices of peri peri chicken pizza

Friday
Breakfast - 3 weetbix and milk
Lunch -Vietnamese roll with pork meatballs and salad
Dinner - Beef and vegetable stir fry followed by a slice of bread with peanut butter and a choc-chip cookie (I was really hungry and I'd just finished drinking a 600ml bottle of water so not sure what was going on there)
Beers - 0
Steps - 13,734 - it was raining when I got home so we didn't head out for a walk.
