Happy New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2019 is going to be the year I start the Motocamp360 business properly, lose weight, earn more money and get fit. Those are my new years resolutions and they are going to help occupy my weekends and spare time I may have in the evenings. I'm going to spend less time thinking about my actual job and more time thinking about my hobbies and getting them established and part of the everyday routine for me.
The losing weight by Christmas goal has been reset and it will be weigh 90kg by next Christmas, it is a much more realistic time frame and if I do manage to get there sooner then that's fine with me too!
Starting today I'm back trying to exercise, I don't think that I'll get 10,000 steps up each day until I go back to work, but I'm going to try and go for a walk every day and also try to use the weights at least twice a week. Chocolate is again off the menu and so are all the other junk foods and sweets that I have a habit of snacking on. I'm not going to start the food diary up again and I'll probably be having a few more beers than normal but I'm ok with that for now.
Once work starts again I'll be pushing for 70,000 steps each week and still trying to use the weights a couple of times each week. I'm going to change the goal of 70,000 steps each week slightly, it will now be an average of 10,000 steps each day. I don't see this as any real change to the goal but it will make tracking it much easier as the FitBit App can tell me my daily averages for a week or month or year.
I'm going to start researching adventure motorcycle training but I'm not going to book anything in until I've replaced the rear tyre on the bike. It will need doing sometime this year from the looks of it and the current tyre isn't very good for any type of off-road riding if there is any mud or if the surface is too loose. 
The Motocamp trip to Bourke won't happen until I've done a few more local trips so I am better prepared for a multi-day trip.
