This week didn't go as I planned, the good news is that there is always next week! I got to 10,000 steps yesterday but that was just at work. I was going to try and use the weight yesterday afternoon but by the time I'd got home I had a beer instead and sat and chat with my wife for a while.
We have a builder coming on Monday to look at options for an extension, we have a real estate agent coming on Tuesday to give us a valuation and his thoughts on if we should update the bathroom and laundry prior to selling or if we won't see a return on the money spent.
It's kind of funny the direction that this blog has taken, it really shows that life can change pretty quickly and that your priorities can shift almost over night. Instead of searching up places to camp and getting ideas on ways to film for the Motocamp360 business, I'm now spending a lot of time looking at house listings and researching different knock-down rebuild options. I'm also trying to figure out the best way to do an extension on the existing house where we won't lose an entire bedroom to a set of stairs. There is so much to consider as we want to make the right decision and also make sure that we don't end up with some absolutley massive martgage. The way it looks at the moment we're basically going to have to double our current repayments no matter what we do and that's going to suck for a number of years until either I start earning more or my wife changes from part time work to full time work.
