109 kg
13,498 steps for the week
2,600 average daily calorie burn
This week was the worst, it was so hot but I didn't really do anything at all. I've put on weight and it's no surprise at all. I didn't have my fitbit on at all on Tuesday, I put it on charge on Monday night and didn't put it back on until Wednesday morning, but that wouldn't have helped at all.
All day Tuesday and most of Wednesday I was feeling unwell, my back was aching and I had an upset stomach, I'm not sure if they were related or not but that combined with how hot it has been has meant that I walked at all this week. I basically stayed home and played games on the PC. Not a great start to my New Years resolution of getting out walking and exercising more. On Monday I go back to work for a couple of weeks, at least it feels like I've had a bit of a break and I'm feeling more rested. I haven't been worrying about work and if anything, I'm looking forward to get back into it and finishing off some large bodies of work that I started several years ago. It will kind of be sad to finally finish the work but also somewhat rewarding. Once it's all wrapped up, that's when I'll start thinking about what's next as far as work's concerned.
I realised this week that I could go back through the Fitbit app and track all my steps, calories and weight so I've updated the graph, it shows where I actually came from weight wise so hopefully it helps to motivate me to keep trying. I can see a slight correlation between weight and the calories and steps. It shows that if I really put in the effort, then I do get results.

It's raining right now so hopefully things will stay cool for a little while.
