With all the work we have to do to prepare for putting the house on the market I don't think I'll have any problems thinking about other things outside of work and trying to get things done on the weekends to keep me occupied. The list of things that we have to do is bound to get longer but currently it is something like
- paint the laundry
- replace the shower screen in the bathroom
- paint the ceiling in the kitchen
- fix the tiles in the toilet
- fix the doors and paint them
- fertilise the front lawn and keep it watered
- trim the tree out the front
- fix the paint in the master bedroom
- clean all the aircon ducts
- organise a pest inspection
- clean all the scuff marks off the walls and doors
- clean all the grout in the bathroom
- clean all the windows, inside and out
- clean the fly screens
- fix the wall in our daughters bedroom and repaint it
- tidy the backyard and weed it
- start sorting out the garage a little
- possibly oil the deck
- possibly paint the exterior of the sunroom
- declutter and depersonalise the house a little
- figure out where I'm going to move the fishtank too as the agent doesn't want it where it is during the open houses.
- keep hold of my sanity
Bomber
I did say that I wanted to be busier on the weekends....
