Today I had an appointment after work with the doctor who will be performing the snip. It was all really straight forward, I guess he spends a lot of his time talking about the procedure as he does more of them then anyone else in Canberra, something like 90% of them. I don't know why someone would want to specialise in vasectomy as you have to work in mens crotches all day. Today it was almost 40°C when I rode to the appointment and I didn't know that I was going to have to drop my dacks for him to take a look at things. Things were quite sweaty and droopy down there and then having another man take a feel of things, wasn't exactly how I was planning on ending the work week. Anyway, I haven't booked in for the procedure yet, I'll wait until we've moved house before I do that as I don't want to have another thing on my mind at the moment.
We've chosen a real estate agent to sell our property and are hoping to lock in an auction on 23 March. We're already looking at new places and I've come around to the posibility of moving out to a new estate. The lure of a brand new house where nothing will need doing, is just too tempting. I do have a few conditions, the main one being that we have to be in close proximity to a park or open space, something like 4 or 5 houses at the most. I don't want it to be a big drama to take the kids to a park to ride their bikes or scooters around.
I'm looking forward to taking the kids camping next week, the weather is meant to have cooled down a little by then so we shouldn't be burnt to a crisp. I'll hopefully remember to take the 360° camera with me so I can take some photos with the kids at the beach.

sorry I'm late, again
