A great week to get things moving again in the right direction and following on from a massive week last week. Hopefully I can keep it up as the weather gets cooler.
During the week my wife asked me to fix her bike up as she is looking forward to getting out and riding again since the footpaths are so good around the town and also since there aren't any real big hills. I'll also need to fix my own bike up a little but if I can get the space sorted out in the garage I'll give all the bikes a good service and have them all cleaned up and back in operation.
I need to teach my daughter how to ride her bike without training wheels so we can all go riding together. I took her training wheels off a couple of months ago and she gave it a go for only a few minutes and then has refused to get back on her bike since. I haven't pushed her as we weren't going to the park lots and then there was the whole moving house thing. Now that things are back tom normal I plan to teach her to ride without the training wheels on the footpath out the front of our house. As we all get more proficient in riding we may head out a bit further as the Googong dam is not far away and it a great spot for fishing and there a walking trails and you can even sail on it if you want to. These are all things to look forward to in the future.
