Weighing In

I'm happy with the effort I put in this week. Even though I've hit my targets for the week, I didn't actually head out for a walk after work even once, I've just been trying to make sure I keep busy at work and when I came home from work I was working in the backyard putting the shed bits together so that on Saturday morning my wife and I raised the shed with some help from the kids. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. It will certainly make a big difference to the garage being able to store everything that I don't need to put my hands on regularly out of site and neat and tidy. Also being able to put my garden tools and ladders in out of the weather instead of under the eaves along the side of the house is nice.
Next week I should be able to get out walking after work again which will be good. I'm going to keep on trying to get around 10K steps in at work, so the walk after work will be bonus and should help me smash my targets and keep the calorie burn high. The graph is really starting to show that when the calorie burn is high, the weight comes down. I may have to increase my step target to something that will ensure a 4,600 calorie burn, I don't want to tire myself out though so I'll have to be careful.
When I stepped on the scales this morning, it came up saying 108kg, I didn't imagine that to be right so I tried again and got 109kg so that's what I've gone with.

Weight: 109kg
Steps for the week: 77,665
Average daily calorie burn: 4,829

Bomber
Heck yeah.
