She's Sprung a Leak

I hopped on the motorcycle this morning and noticed a couple of drops of oil under it. Last time I changed the oil (over 12 months ago) I noticed a little dribble coming from somewhere and wiped it up and never saw it again. Several months ago I noticed some had some oil smeared over the engine case but it looked more like I'd ridden through something and it had been flicked up onto the engine. I'm not sure where it's come from as it's all over the engine case, but I'm pretty sure it's coming from my bike.
I do all of my own maintenance on the bike and with an extra
Probably should have kept a closer eye on it.
long weekend coming up it is probably worthwhile spending some time going over the bike and making sure that it's all ok.

I'll need to order everything locally if there is any chance of getting it in time, that will probably cost a little more but in the long run it's better to have a working, issue free bike then to try and save a couple of dollars by delaying the work.
I'm hoping that it is just perished rubber o-ring or something that should be easy enough to replace.
I've given her a quick clean up and ran her for a few minutes in the garage to get the oil temp and pressure up so maybe there will be a sign of something in the morning so I can ring around during lunch and find out who's got the parts I need in stock. I really should be taking better care of it considering that it is my main transport and if something were to happen to it due to my neglect then that would just be super annoying.

House moved, shed built, what else was I doing with four days off?
