This week was definitely better that last week, I even managed to get out after work on Thursday and go for a walk. It's still not where it should be but it was harder when I was away for work and I spent a fair bit of time sitting in the car this week and working from a desk instead of on my feet. Also eating junk for lunch and big dinners doesn't really help things but I just can't help myself when I'm travelling, the food is too good and you can't have a meal in a pub without having a couple of beers, I'm sure that there is a law against that, or if there isn't, then there should be :)
I went to Kmart yesterday and bought the new scales so I haven't been weighing myself daily. The scales link up with an app on my phone so it will record and graph my weight for me. They also show a BMI and some other figures too that I haven't really looked at yet. I'm going to try and remember to weigh myself after my shower each day for the next couple of weeks and then I'll put the details the weekly weighing in post. I might even do a separate graph for the two weeks just to mark down steps, calories burnt and weight for each day, I'll see what the figures start looking like and decide from there.
I tested the new scales side by side with my old scales and they both showed nearly identical weight, if anything the old scales were showing slightly heavier than the new ones but by only a few grams so I'm not going to readjust anything on the graph or any of the historical data.
