I am dead set useless at remember to weigh myself on Sunday mornings. I didn't weigh myself during the week as I thought that I'd remember today. I think the issue is that I often sleep in a little on Sundays and then read or watch TV in bed before actually getting up. By the time I get up I'm already thinking about what I'm going to do for the rest of the day and I'm usually getting a little hungry.
I had a shower just before dinner tonight and weighed myself after that. I haven't had the most active week this week. I've spent a lot of time at my desk working through some issues and I have had a lot of data entry to do too, so that doesn't help. Add to that the fact the sun has set or is only a few minutes away from setting when I get home I haven't been out for any walks either. I wasn't going to let the cold be an excuse and it shouldn't be. I just lost a little momentum so hopefully I can get it back this week.

I realised today that I somehow missed adding the graph in last week. I've put in the totals from last week into the graph as well as this week. I've also changed the size of the graph a little as it was getting crowded with the dates at the bottom and was starting to cut them off.
