Last Sunday I had the fitbit on charge whilst I was working in the backyard, so none of the effort I put in paving the edge of the garden beds was recorded. Then being sick on Tuesday and Wednesday meant that I was far from being able to meet my targets this week. On Thursday I was a little better, so I went to work and managed to get just over 10k steps for the day but I didn't manage to get out for a walk after work. Today I was busy at work but still not back to 100% health. Because I was ill, my diet wasn't the best but I also didn't have any beer, even when I was feeling better later in the week I made sure that I didn't have any beer as I think I've been drinking a little too much and that's why my weight loss hasn't been as good as it should have been.
As I mentioned yesterday I've got training next week and I'm having to do some travel as part of that so I won't be doing a weigh in this week unless I manage to get time on Sunday evening and use my phone to do a post. The following Sunday I'll give the figure for both weeks so the graph will be updated then.
I'm going to try and write a little each night on my phone but you'll have to excuse me if the posts are a little shorter than usual and from the phone I can't seem to schedule the posts so they will just go up when I finish writing them. I don't think my dinners will be that great whilst I'm away as we'll probably be eating in a pub or restaurant each night. Hopefully I'll be able to do some walking either before or after dinner as I won't have much else to do.
