Weighing In

I can't believe that it is Sunday again already. The weeks are still flying by and I've actually been busy doing things on the weekends to try and make the weeks seem to go a little slower. I hope our week on the Gold Coast doesn't go by too fast and that I actually get a chance to relax and unwind a little.
I've been pretty busy at work so my steps are going OK but I know that I should be doing more. Again I haven't done any weights all week but I'm hoping all that will change once we've moved house and things are back to normal. I don't feel like I'm being lazy but I do still want to lose more weight and that's not going to happen if I don't actually make an effort to do things that will make me lose the weight.
I am looking forward to moving into the new house and going for walks or rides around the new neighbourhood with the kids. It will be nice to be in a new neighbourhood where all the footpaths are nice and wide and there is dedicated parkland with more footpaths and ovals at the end of our street. There is something like 46 hectares of space in the main area which is at the end of our new street and hopefully it will be maintained nicely and not get too out of hand. The local council are actually pretty good at looking after the parks, ovals and playgrounds around our current home so I'm hoping that they'll be the same out at Googong considering it is the same council.
