I had this post all done and must have hit save instead of publish yesterday, sorry.
Man, I am such a broken record, I still haven't done any additional exercise. I have been a little better with my lunches and I've cut down on my beer consumption again, mainly because I ran out of beer, but I didn't go and buy more. I'm really trying to drink more water when I'm at home to keep myself hydrated and I'm trying to go to bed at 9pm again as I'm actually feeling tired at that time and when I do go to bed, I'm sleeping better. I think that the reduced beer and sugar intake helps with me sleep better. Maybe I'm also sleeping better as most of the selling and buying stress has gone away for now as it all seems to be set up and moving right along properly.
The next few weeks before we go to the Gold Coast are going to be pretty busy as we've got to basically pack the entire house before we go away and then when we get back, we have one day to finalise everything before the movers come. My wife has managed to get moving day off work, but I imagine that there will still be a fair bit to do.
At this stage we're thinking of hiring a ute for a couple of days so we can take the pot plants and other things that the movers won't take over to the new house. I guess it all really depends on when the current owner allows us access before settlement and if they do, how much rent they want.
