I could possibly say 106.5kg but it was closer to 107kg. I wanted to put some effort in this week to not eat anything other than breakfast, lunch and dinner; And make sure I got over 10,000 steps each day. My motivation was lacking a little, so I didn't get all the steps I wanted and we bought a new coffee machine last weekend so I had a couple more coffees than I usually would. On Wednesday I had one beer when I got home as it had been a big day, Thursday I had one beer and Friday I had 3 or 4.
Hopefully I can step it up a little more between now and Christmas but as long as I'm losing weight I'm still happy, still, I did set myself a goal and I would like to give it my best. I was thinking that I should start going to the gym once a week and see how that works out for me.
Early on I said that I probably wouldn't start a food diary or weigh myself more often than once a week but I'm starting to think that I will start logging my food, just to see if I can see any difference week to week in what I eat and how it affects my weight loss. I'll probably just start by totalling it on the weekly weighing in post. So, next week there should be a list of everything I ate and drank each day at the end of the post as well as the total number of steps for the week, from Saturday morning (today) to Friday night as I weigh myself on Saturday mornings.
I bought some new sneakers last weekend and I think that they are giving me the start of some blisters near the heal of both my feet. My last sneakers were worn out and they gave me blisters on the outside of my feet near the base of my little toe on each foot. Maybe I'm just getting soft and need to get some better calluses on my feet.
